On the morning of December 12th, 2025, the delegation of Institut Européen Coopération Dévelopment (IECD) visited and worked at Binh Thuan College (BTC). This was considered as an important exchange activity between BTC and IECD Vietnam organization, aimed at opening up opportunities for bilateral cooperation as well as implementing IECD's non-refundable aid projects at the College. Dr. Do Huy Son, the BTC’s Principal, along with representatives of leadership and officers from the Department of Scientific Research & International Cooperation, the Department of Academic Affairs, Faculty of Economics – Tourism – Culture, and Faculty of Engineering attended the welcoming and working session.

Following the information introduction of BTC and IECD Vietnam organization, Ms. Vo Tran Bao Chau, IECD Project Manager presented the Seeds of Hope (SOH) Project associated with Car Care and Painting training program for Vietnamese youth aged 16 to 25. Additionally, Ms. Dang Ep. Hardiville Thi Thuy Van, Head of the IECD Vietnam Representative Office, also shared some information about the La Boulangerie Francaise (LBF) Project associated with vocational and soft skills training for Vietnamese youth aged 18 to 23. Through discussion, the leadership and units’ representatives of BTC expressed their interest and highly appreciated the importance and humanitarian value that the two projects bring to community. On that basis, Dr. Do Huy Son hoped that the two sides would connect and cooperate in implementing projects at the College in order to create more vocational training opportunities for students from disadvantaged background, while simultaneously spreading the projects' influence at the local area.

Subsequently, the IECD delegation and BTC’s staffs visited the college campus including car practice rooms of Faculty of Engineering and Asian-European kitchen practice rooms of Faculty of Economics – Tourism – Culture at BTC’s training facilities. The campus tour was the final activity, concluding an intensive and serious working day, contributing to laying the foundation of expanding collaboration with foreign organizations at Binh Thuan College./.

VIỆN HỢP TÁC PHÁT TRIỂN CHÂU ÂU (IECD) THĂM VÀ LÀM VIỆC TẠI TRƯỜNG CAO ĐẲNG BÌNH THUẬN
Sáng ngày 10/12/2025, Đoàn công tác của Viện hợp tác phát triển Châu Âu (IECD) đã đến thăm và làm việc tại Trường Cao đẳng Bình Thuận. Đây là hoạt động trao đổi quan trọng giữa nhà trường và tổ chức IECD Việt Nam, nhằm mở ra cơ hội hợp tác song phương và triển khai các Dự án viện trợ không hoàn lại của tổ chức IECD tại Trường. Tham dự buổi tiếp và làm việc có TS. Đỗ Huy Sơn_Hiệu trường nhà trường, cùng đại diện lãnh đạo và chuyên viên Phòng NCKH&HTQT, Phòng Đào tạo, Khoa Kinh tế – Du lịch – Văn hoá và Khoa Kỹ thuật.
Sau phần giới thiệu các thông tin về Trường và tổ chức IECD Việt Nam, bà Võ Trần Bảo Châu_Quản lý Dự án của IECD đã trình bày về Dự án Hạt giống hy vọng, gắn với chương trình đào tạo nghề Chăm sóc và sơn ô tô dành cho thanh thiếu niên Việt Nam trong độ tuổi từ 16 đến 25. Bên cạnh đó, bà Đặng ép. Hardiville Thị Thuỳ Vân _Trưởng Văn phòng đại diện IECD Việt Nam cũng chia sẻ một số thông tin về Dự án Lò bánh mì Pháp, gắn với đào tạo nghề và kỹ năng mềm cho thanh niên Việt Nam từ 18 đến 23 tuổi. Qua thảo luận, lãnh đạo nhà trường và đại diện các đơn vị đã bày tỏ sự quan tâm cũng như đánh giá cao tầm quan trọng và giá trị nhân văn mà 2 Dự án mang lại cho cộng đồng. Trên cơ sở đó, TS. Đỗ Huy Sơn mong muốn hai bên có thể kết nối hợp tác triển khai các Dự án tại Trường nhằm tạo thêm cơ hội học nghề cho các em có hoàn cảnh khó khăn đồng thời lan toả hiệu quả ảnh hưởng của Dự án tại địa phương.
Tiếp đó, đoàn công tác IECD đã cùng các thầy, cô nhà trường tham quan khuôn viên các phòng thực hành Ô tô của Khoa Kỹ thuật, phòng thực hành Bếp Á-Âu của Khoa Kinh tế – Du lịch – Văn hoá tại các cơ sở đào tạo của Trường. Chương trình tham quan là chuỗi hoạt động cuối cùng, khép lại một ngày làm việc đầy khẩn trương và nghiêm túc, góp phần xây dựng nền tảng mở ra cơ hội hợp tác với các tổ chức có yếu tố nước ngoài tại Trường Cao đẳng Bình Thuận./.
