On the morning of September 16, 2026, marking a significant milestone in the strategy of international integration and cooperation expansion, Binh Thuan College, in collaboration with the Asia Society for Social Improvement and Sustainable Transformation Inc. (ASSIST Inc.), held a handover ceremony of equipment. This is a grant under the non-project 'Center of Excellence' in Vietnam, sponsored by the international partner.

Attending the ceremony were Mr. Luong Van Ha, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training; Mr. Arumugaraj Davitdurai Pandian, Mekong Regional Director of ASSIST Inc; the Board of Rectors of Binh Thuan College, the leadership of affiliated units, lecturers participating in the Training of Trainers (ToT) program, and students from the Faculty of Engineering."
Through international cooperation networks, the non-project provides the total aid value of VND 1,131,347,803, focusing on the provision of high-tech equipment for training in automation and renewable energy. Receiving equipment from the international organization not only modernizes the College's facilities but also enables students to access advanced technologies and meet labor market standards.
A highlight of this international cooperation program is its long-term 5-year strategic plan (2026–2031), targeting the training of 800 students annually. Notably, 12 core lecturers of the College will undergo the Training of Trainers (ToT) program directly delivered by Schneider experts. The College has also formulated a sustainability plan to maintain and maximize the long-term effectiveness of this international non-project after the funding period concludes.

Furthermore, the College will progressively integrate these resources into training curricula and practical skill development programs for students. The College expresses a strong desire to expand future cooperation with ASSIST and corporate partners."

Consequently, the program contributes to enhancing vocational skills, workforce quality, and the employment prospects of graduates.

Sáng 16/9/2026, đánh dấu một bước tiến quan trọng trong chiến lược hội nhập và mở rộng hợp tác quốc tế, Trường Cao đẳng Bình Thuận đã phối hợp với Tổ chức Asia Society for Social Improvement and Sustainable Transformation Inc (ASSIST Inc) tổ chức Lễ bàn giao trang thiết bị. Đây là khoản viện trợ thuộc phi dự án “Trung tâm Đào tạo Xuất sắc” tại Việt Nam do đối tác quốc tế tài trợ.
Tham dự buổi lễ có ông Lương Văn Hà – Phó Giám đốc Sở Giáo dục và Đào tạo; ông Arumugaraj Davitdurai Pandian – Giám đốc vùng Mekong, Tổ chức ASSIST; Ban Giám hiệu Trường Cao đẳng Bình Thuận, lãnh đạo các đơn vị trực thuộc, giảng viên tham gia Chương trình đào tạo giảng viên nguồn (ToT) và sinh viên Khoa Kỹ thuật.
Thông qua mạng lưới hợp tác quốc tế, phi dự án mang đến tổng trị giá viện trợ 1.131.347.803 đồng, tập trung cung cấp các trang thiết bị công nghệ cao phục vụ đào tạo trong lĩnh vực tự động hóa và năng lượng tái tạo. Việc tiếp nhận thiết bị từ tổ chức quốc tế không chỉ giúp hiện đại hóa cơ sở vật chất mà còn tạo điều kiện để sinh viên tiếp cận với các công nghệ tiên tiến, đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn của thị trường lao động.
Điểm sáng của chương trình hợp tác quốc tế này là kế hoạch hoạt động mang tầm nhìn dài hạn trong 5 năm (2026-2031) với mục tiêu đào tạo 800 học sinh, sinh viên mỗi năm. Đặc biệt, 12 giảng viên nguồn của trường sẽ được huấn luyện nâng cao năng lực (ToT) trực tiếp từ chuyên gia của Schneider. Nhà trường cũng đã chuẩn bị kế hoạch nhằm duy trì và phát huy hiệu quả lâu dài của phi dự án quốc tế này sau khi kết thúc thời gian tài trợ.
Phát biểu tại buổi lễ, Tiến sĩ Đỗ Huy Sơn – Hiệu trưởng Trường Cao đẳng Bình Thuận khẳng định Nhà trường sẽ thực hiện nghiêm túc việc quản lý, khai thác và bảo trì trang thiết bị; đồng thời từng bước tích hợp, phát huy hiệu quả các thiết bị được tài trợ trong chương trình đào tạo, thực hành và phát triển kỹ năng nghề cho sinh viên. Nhà trường cũng mong muốn tiếp tục mở rộng hợp tác với Tổ chức ASSIST và các doanh nghiệp trong thời gian tới.
Đại diện Tổ chức ASSIST, ông Arumugaraj Davitdurai Pandian – Giám đốc vùng Mekong, cho biết phi dự án hướng đến hỗ trợ Nhà trường hiện đại hóa trang thiết bị, nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo và tạo cơ hội để sinh viên tiếp cận công nghệ tiên tiến. Qua đó, chương trình góp phần nâng cao kỹ năng nghề, chất lượng nguồn nhân lực và triển vọng việc làm của sinh viên sau tốt nghiệp.
Đánh giá cao định hướng hội nhập của Nhà trường, ông Lương Văn Hà – Phó Giám đốc Sở Giáo dục và Đào tạo ghi nhận và đánh giá cao sự chủ động của Trường Cao đẳng Bình Thuận trong việc huy động, tiếp nhận và khai thác hiệu quả các nguồn lực hợp tác quốc tế phục vụ phát triển giáo dục nghề nghiệp.
Lễ bàn giao và nghi thức kéo băng khánh thành bảng tài trợ đã được thực hiện ngay tại khu vực Phòng thực hành thuộc Khoa Kỹ thuật, chính thức đưa hệ thống trang thiết bị vào vận hành giảng dạy và học tập. Sự kiện tiếp nhận phi dự án từ tổ chức ASSIST là minh chứng rõ nét cho những nỗ lực mở rộng hợp tác quốc tế của Trường Cao đẳng Bình Thuận, góp phần quan trọng vào mục tiêu đào tạo nguồn nhân lực kỹ thuật chất lượng cao.
