According to the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed by Binh Thuan College and Hallo Deutschland Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as HDEU) related to co-operated training, oversea study and internship programs in Germany (officially the Federal Republic of Germany), Department of Scientific Research and International Collaboration disseminated information about these programs to the College’s faculties and drew the attention of many students, especially those taking the Nursing program at the College. After having learnt about and been consulted in training modes and programs, Nguyen Thi Thu Le, a student majored in Nursing and her family decided to attend HDEU’s on-site study-abroad program.

She will be under contract to take the program at Binh Thuan College for professional courses within three years and in Germany for internship and complement of knowledge and skills between six to twelve months. HDEU will initially support a fixed cost of 5 million VND per month for Le’s German language learning course in Ho Chi Minh City starting in July 2023 in order for her to get the third level (B1) of German of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) within 36 months. If she is unable to meet the requirements of the first month learning German language in Ho Chi Minh City, HDEU will return 100% of the cost that she spent when signing the contract to attend the program.

During the time studying at Binh Thuan College, Le will have chances to prepare necessary conditions for studying abroad and settling in Germany after graduating from the College in accordance with regulations of the governments of Germany and Vietnam. (Her tuition fee of three years at the College will be paid by HDEU.) This is also an opportunity for the College’s students to easily study abroad and settle in Germany.

SINH VIÊN NGÀNH CAO ĐẲNG ĐIỀU DƯỠNG THAM GIA CHƯƠNG TRÌNH DU HỌC TẠI CHỖ CỦA CÔNG TY HDEU

Dựa trên Biên bản ghi nhớ được ký kết giữa Trường Cao đẳng Bình Thuận và Công ty Cổ phần Hallo Deutschland (HDEU) liên quan đến chương trình hợp tác đào tạo và tuyển dụng du học sinh, tu nghiệp tại Cộng hoà Liên bang (CHLB) Đức, Phòng Nghiên cứu khoa học và Hợp tác quốc tế (NCKH&HTQT) đã xúc tiến triển khai đến các Khoa và nhận được sự quan tâm của đông đảo các em HSSV của Trường, đặc biệt là sinh viên ngành Cao đẳng Điều dưỡng. Ngày 22/5/2023, sau khi được nhà trường tư vấn và tìm hiểu kỹ về hình thức đào tạo, chương trình đào tạo, sinh viên Nguyễn Thị Thu Lệ và gia đình đã đồng ý tham gia chương trình du học tại chỗ của Công ty HDEU.

Theo hợp đồng, sinh viên Nguyễn Thị Thu Lệ sẽ tham gia chương trình du học, tu nghiệp tại CHLB Đức với thời lượng học 3 năm cao đẳng tại Trường Cao đẳng Bình Thuận và tu nghiệp, bổ sung các môn học khác tại Đức (từ 6 đến 12 tháng). Bước đầu, công ty sẽ hỗ trợ mức chi phí cố định 5 triệu/tháng cho em Lệ khi tham gia học tiếng Đức trực tiếp tại TP HCM (bắt đầu từ tháng 7/2023) để đạt được chứng chỉ B1 tiếng Đức trong thời hạn 36 tháng. Trong tháng đầu tiên học tiếng Đức tại TP HCM, trường hợp không đạt yêu cầu, sinh viên sẽ được công ty HDEU hoàn trả 100% chi phí ban đầu đã đóng cho công ty khi tham gia chương trình.

Trong thời gian theo học tại Trường Cao đẳng Bình Thuận, em Lệ sẽ có cơ hội chuẩn bị đầy đủ các điều kiện cần thiết để tiếp học du học và định cư tại CHLB Đức sau khi tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng (học phí 3 năm học tại Trường sẽ được công ty HDEU thanh toán), đảm bảo phù hợp với các quy định của chính phủ hai nước. Đây cũng là cơ hội để các bạn sinh viên của Trường Cao đẳng Bình Thuận dễ dàng du học và định cư tại Đức .
